TRI COUNTY LAKES ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSION (TLAC)
TLAC is an administrative department for the four counties surrounding Smith Mountain and Leesville Lakes, administering local government money for such needs as debris cleanup, weed control and placement of navigational aids.
